The 'My Heart Will Go On' singer originally listed the property in Jupiter Island, Florida, for $75 million in 2013. However, she has since cut the asking price by a staggering $30 million as she plans to live full time in Las Vegas. The breathtaking 10,000 sq ft residence, which sits on five acres of prime beachfront land, boasts water slides, a lazy river, a tree house and a tennis court. The main house has five bedrooms with five en-suite bathrooms, a formal living room with vaulted ceilings, a media room, an elevator and two kitchens. There are also two four-bedroom guest homes and a pool house. Last month, Celine also sold her home in Quebec for $25.5 million. Rene Angelil, who was a celebrated Canadian music producer, died earlier this year following a long battle with cancer.
